Elections

• Stephen Hawkins was elected Local President by acclamation
• Carl Larsen was elected Chief Steward by acclamation

Financial Report

• Gerald Christenson presented a financial report for the past year ending June 2010

Local Reports

• Local reports were presented outlining ongoing issues we are attempting to resolve with the company, including a jurisdiction grievance and Company reports to the Union

Bargaining Preparation

• The Local will begin preparations for upcoming bargaining early in 2011
• This will include the election of a bargaining committee by the membership
• The newly elected bargaining committee will prepare a survey for all members to fill out that will help identify bargaining priorities

Christmas Party

• A Union sponsored Christmas Party is scheduled for December 10th, between 5 to 10PM, in the Atrium Room at the Cactus Club on Broadway at Granville.
